FAQ - OReGO Invoice

When and how will I receive an invoice?

Invoices are issued on a quarterly basis. You will receive your invoice by e-mail as soon as it is issued. You'll have 30 days to pay it online.

When and how will I receive a refund?

Starting on January 1, 2020, participants will still get state fuel tax credited to their OReGO accounts as they use taxed fuel to drive taxable miles. However, it is a non-refundable credit.

How do I pay my invoice?

You pay your invoice online with a Credit or Debit Card (VISA/MASTERCARD/DISCOVER).

How do I report an error on my invoice or on my daily mileage?

Contact us right away online or by phone at 800-932-1619. Our team will assist you in resolving the error.

I didn't receive an invoice, how can I get a copy?

The invoices can be viewed and downloaded from your online account.

Will I be charged if I drive out-of-state?

No, the DriveSync device can detect when you are out-of-state. The miles driven out-of-state will be displayed on your invoice but they will not be charged.
